Hope this ultrasound is done in non pregnant state . It shows adhesions . Anyway you need to be evaluated for recurrent abortion. It might needs to have hysteroscopy and D@c for removal of adhesions

I can't read scan images directly, but early losses where development stops around the yolk sac stage are usually explained by a chromosomal or uterine cause found only after a full workup, not from one ultrasound alone.
