Sports injury lower back pain
Im suffering from back pain from 6 month . But the pain has reduced and it doesn't affect my lifestyle but im a athelete and this lower back pain was witnessed while Playing continuous badminton and after the pain got worst I stopped playing and then I took a proper rest but after that when I resumed to play then I started witnessing pain after a moment I started . Then I counsltated a Ortho specialist then he recommended me to take a X ray and I took it then the X ray showed no bony abnormalities then my doctor recommended me to do IFT physiotherapy for 5 days then after 5 days I gone to play then also after some moments I witnessed pain after that I again revisted the Ortho specialist then he told me to take a MRI and took the .MRI of my lumbar sacral spine . Then in that the report came normal it showed no significant pain then he told me continue IR therapy and I undergone this for 5 days still there were no results . Now the pain only resist when i bend and in awkward leg movement

Ideally in your case your body is trying to basically tell you to stop these activities and do something else which suits your body. Get assessed by a sports physiotherapist ( which is costly) and get advised from them to see what you can do. Sorry to dishearten you that you can't do sports further but you can try
