Sports Injury.
I have a rotator cuff injury. I am a boxer. MRI results showed that I have inflamted bursa and a grade 1 tear in sub acromioclavicular joint. I went uder strengthing program and rehab and it got better. But still when I box and go into heavy physical exercise because of microtrauma it starts paining again. What is that I should do? Laser treatment did wonders. But I need a permanent solution.
