Injury pains
So I met with an accident 2 months ago .
And I have a injury on both of my knees and my left foot and my jaw area are swelling and paining. Also I have injury mark on my forehead.
I consult with a doctor but I didn't get enough results

Is the swelling is your only complain or any other help you need regarding physical therapy, let me know so i can answer for that also

For swelling, you can apply ice pack on the swelled part for about 3-5 min by sliding the ice around swelled area twice a day for 2-3 days
