Neck injury
Hi, I have a recurring neck injury for more than a month. Every time I was recommended to warm up before sports. I do so every time but still this injury recurs every two weeks. My neck loses mobility and I face problems while lying down. This time the injury has occurred on both sides of the neck. What can I do to reduce pain with immediate effect?
