Is it possible to have cervical spondylosis without any symptoms?? How normal person without any symptoms or test can figure out whether he has it or not?

I wouldn’t worry if there are no symptoms. Just do regular exercises. An MRI would show you the status of your spine if you’re really worried.

Yes it is possible Cervical spondylosis is ageing of your spine

If no nerve is getting pressed or no significant joint pains Then it can be asymptomatic

Without symptoms many things may be existing in body. Unless you have symptoms don't worry too much otherwise you will end up with some other problems like BP Sugar heart problems etc
