SPO2 Reading for Child
Hi my son is 2.5 yrs old. He was having cold n cough from few days back. I had taken him to pediatrician and it was diagnosed as WALRI. He was put on clayrithromycin and nebulization treatment. Today is 3rd day of medication. I just wanted to check his SPO2 levels but it's fluctuating between 89-92. Few times it's showing as 95-96. Readings are taken while kid is sleeping bcoz he won't allow us to check when he is awake. Please advise on SPO2 fluctuations

SpO2 levels are low when a person is sleeping, whether adult or child. For adults any reading above 85% is fine.
