SPLITTED OFF MOLAR
My ist molar one cusp is splitted off deeply as in image due to this infection react upto 2nd molar dr advice for extraction of both but 2nd molar is totally fine in seeing and no pain at all can 2nd molar be saved by rct

u can undergo hemisection of the teeth . only second half can be extracted

Hello sir.... your first molar definitely needs extraction.... X-RAY of the second molar region should be done to rule out cause.... and according to that treatment option should be made

If your dentist has advised for the second molar extraction it definitely might be having some problem. The first molar for sure has to be extracted. Take a second opinion from a nearby dentist if you have doubts regarding second molar

Hello sir, we have to examine clinically and also need to check with an x-ray before confirming the treatment plan.... If the 1st molar is fractured deeply, we have to extract that tooth for sure... If the second molar is not fractured and it's infected, the root canal treatment can be done for second molar and it can be saved...
