Hello! Need some suggestions on spine tuberculosis my mother currently undergoing medication and would like to understand what are the parameters to watch out to check if medication works or not?

The parameters are;
She should not have a fever.
She should start gaining some weight.
Her ESR should start becoming normal.
If she has tuberculosis of the lungs or intestines in addition to TB of the spine then those symptoms should also show improvement.
