Here I attach my report and tablet pricribed by my dr for my spine problem...pls tell me that is this is the life long problem?and can this problem and this tablets affect my fertility?

Your MRI report shows lumbar disc bulge at multiple levels compressing nerve roots.there is a high level disc as well.You have spinal canal stenosis notably in lower L5 -S1
Your weight at 110 kg compound the issue.
As per the prescription ,your orthopaedist has treated you with epidural injection and with other medications.
Physiotherapy , analgesics ,weight reduction will help you to an extent.
But if your symptoms include numbness of the legs ,weakness in foot or toes increasing pain while walking ,your doctor will perhaps advise surgery.
There's no infertility issue with the given tablets
