Spine issue
I have gaps in c4-c5 c6-c7 and pinched nerve. earlier i had pain on my right part of neck and shoulder and now both side are painful.no numbness in fingers.i get swelling and stiffness on shoulder areas. Doctors have prescribed Gabapentin300 and some muscle pain killer.i have taken onemonth continuous physiotherapy treatment while taking medicines and doing neck strengthening and shoulder shrug exercises from past 2 months without break. Now when doctor asked me to stop taking painkillers i have again started experiencing severe pain at the same places. Please suggest what i shall do. I have consulted 2 doctors for their opinion one says go for surgery and the other says its not so such problem exercise is the only solution. I can not do exercises with out having pain killers as the pains starts.also please suggest how long it takes for a cervical spine to reform to its correct position as in my condition. Is there any better doctor near dwarka who can help me out with proper advise.
