Neck pain radiating to left Arm
Mri report of spine says compression of c5-c6 and c6-c7 and compression of nerve roots. I have taken static cervical Traction and IFT for one week. I still have some pain .

The question is how long do you have this pain from? And is it radiating to your hand. Because if its a chronic pain then issue will take time to resolve but it will eventully with time.
