I do running 2 times in a day
1 morning 30 min 1 evening. 30 min
Do zyming 1 hour total 2 hours I do .
Zyming and running. Sometime in a weak 3 times, I take beetroot carrot mix juice for maintaining healthy blood pressure..
And mostly, bf I take half bowl mix fruit. including beetroot and carrot .and litle oats with toned milk and honey
Then I take green tea 1 cup .
Then lunch I take only green spinach .cabbage. and red spinach.with red sea salt litle sprinkle, I only take bowl vegetables with 3 chapati and salad
In the evening, after zyming, I take lilte avacado fruits ..
And then, after some time, I take Chinnamon stick tea with adding honey and night. I mostly take 3 chapati with boil vegetables and salad and little brown rice and 1 boil egg only white parts and every day, completing 14000 steps is my diet
Can we eat green spinach every day or not And
Can we drink 2 cups tea like greentea 1 time and Chinnamon stick tea with adding honey
