What special thing should I have to do, like running 8 km every day, zyming to be okay before going for the gamca test
In 2 days and mostly im 6 feet2 inch guy preciously, my weight was 110 kg by doing zyming running every day 10 km
Eating boil food .and eating oats I lost my weight Now I'm 70 kg ..and plz guide Me sir in a 2 days I have to go for mine gamca test any special dishes and diet should I follow
Can I have beetroot juice for 3 days in my diet for maintaining healthy blood, and also, can I add coccoconut water dab pani for 3 days in my diet And can I still add boiled vegetables like brocolli. Cabbage mix with multigrain roti in my diet And in breakfast lunch Im only taking half bowl oats with toned milk with honey and all mixed fruits in garnishing and in lunch too same dinner Taking 3 multigrain roti with egg omlet with olive oil
