Spherical or cylindrical power
I had my eye test done yesterday .According to the prescription for my left eye Spherical - ( -0.25) Cylinderical (-0.75) Axis - 160 Right eye Spherical -0 Cylindrical -0.5 Axis - 180 So I am confused should I also include spherical power in my spectacles this time , as earlier I only used cylindrical one . Or i should go only with spherical

Hello Ideally you should wear glasses of prescription as prescribed by your ophthalmologist. You have very small spherical power and that too in one eye only... Adding spherical power will improve your vision a bit
