I'm 35 year old male, trying for baby. Attached is my sperm analysis report.. would like to hear your feedback. I have been advised to take paternia xt tablet.. will it improve sperm morpology?. Given my job role, I mostly have sedentary lifestyle.. does working/jogging out can also improve my sperm count and morphology?

Teratozoospermia cannot be conclusive after single report .. you can continue antioxidants as prescribed
Add Tab Folic acid 5 mg a day and Tab Evion 400 once a day .. repeat semen analysis and a physical examination after 3 months . further course of action will depend on repeat report .

Hi, Saw your report. It shows abnormality of the sperm count and even morphology. Please keep active and get checked up by an Andrologist . In the meanwhile take Fertomid 25mg once a day for a month and cap. Evion 400 mg for a month and some folate. Get your medical examination done vya Physician to rule out diabetes, hypertension and other stress related disorders.
Although sperm quantity is good , morphology is weak
Fructose positive means there is no obstruction
Then morphology generally gets damaged with
1. Diabetes
2. Presence of varicocle
Which is diagnosed on Doppler of testies
If present surgical correction can improve morphology
Micronutrient supplements like astrazenthin , lycophene , selenium are important to improve morphology
