My kid is 3.1 yrs old
She is normal in all milestones and she understands very well and follow all instructions . She speaks lot of words by her own ,rhymes and story and repeating sentences if we tell... but she is not initiating by her own and she is adamant in few things and crying if it doesn't happen

You need to be strict with your dealing with the baby.
Try to distract them from the subject before they reach their adamant behaviour.
Don’t always give away into their demands.
