Hi my son is 2 year old he can understand every thing (eg: give book , keep the glass there ect )but he can't talk he talks only few words like appa( father) Amma( mother)amba(cow)tata,baa,mama some times.he will try to repeat what we say sometimes but not properly he is very active respons to his name all milestones are normal interaction with other kids is also good but he can't talk or reply what we say pls suggest is this is only speech delay or other things to rule out
