Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have sore throat since 5 days. I have been given augmentin 625 duo for it but i can't see any difference with it. I feel difficult to breathe through my nose as well so i have been breathing through my mouth and it's very difficult to swallow even water. What should i do next?
