Hello Sir/ma'am, I've got sore throat since one day 'coz of chilled weather.,pains a bit but it's not tonsillitis..plz suggest me some home remedy to get it cured 'coz I don't want to get into allopathic treatment..

I am suggesting you a home remedy that will give you relief..
Add a pinch of salt in lukewarm water ,do gargles..
Add a pinch of turmeric and zinger in a glass of milk and boil it..sip it slowly..
Drink hot water regularly.
You can chew lavanga regularly.
Next Steps
Can gargle salt water it will give you temporary relief.
You can prepare a kashaya with jeerage 1/4tsp, lavanga 5, ginger little add it to 2glass of water boil it till it reduces 1/2 glass and drink it (warm) regularly
