Sore Throat
Feeling sore throat like have a frog in throat from last 15 days . No pain nothing only voice is changed like hard voice . Some time some about cough is coming please advise

have plain luke warm gargles , and take sips of luke warm water
avoid all spicy and oily foods
if still no much improvement then you will need proper medication treatment
