Sore Throat
Dear Sir Since a year I am facing issues with my throat like Sore throat, sometimes tonsillitis and also Acid reflux, No GERD so may be LPR. Did endoscopy on March 23 was normal Since a year 2-3 times Dr did indirect laryngoscopy even in jan 15 Dr checked and said it's Pharyngitis... But now it's been 6-7 days I am having a sore throat, burning sensation, throat tightness, excessive saliva production, during burps it feels like pain on my right side of larynx... May be right side reflux Laryngitis... Sir I m scared it is cancer ... Or something serious or not plz share ... Globus sensation comes n go... Earache is there ... Voice is not hoarse but feels dull... Painful swallowing is not but while swallowing the back of my throat hurts ... Plz
