Initially 20-25 red spots on the back roof of mouth.at that time physician prescribed me Azithromycin , Amoxicillin, ibuprofen for 3-4 times, so red spots gone but after that again sore throat came with mucus and swollen vains . After that ent doctor prescribed with Azithromycin- cefixime and defcort. So pain goes for 2-3 days but again pain start with swallowing difficulty. First time pain started after i did oral sex and i have also  habbit of chewing tobacco since 3 months. Similar symptom of throat irritation , swallowen vain and mucus throat to my partner also. Is it cancer or may other problem.
