Take Allegra M : 1 tab at bedtime for 10 days. Augmentin Duo: 1 cap twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 3 days. Rutoheal D: 1 tab thrice daily after meal for 5 days Pan D cap in empty stomach for 5 days Grilinctus syrup: 10 ml twice daily after meal for 1 week (For cough)

Do Gurgling with salt water Take steam inhalation twice daily Monitor temperature Monitor SPO2 level
