Sore throat and dry cough
I am having a sore throat since yesterday, I had cold act pills two times but no improvement and there is mild dry cough. I do not have cold or fever, just sore throat and congestion in throat. What medicine do I get

Need more information but for now you can go with the followng
1. Gargles with salt and lukewarm water
2. Syp. TusQ D 2tsf with twice a day for 2-3 days
3. Cough lozenges (e.g strepsils)
