Sore muscles
I started going to gym around 3 days back and now my pains. Specially my calf muscles seems very sore and painful while walking. How can i overcome this soreness as soon as possible? Also is it common?

yes its very common when u start, gymming after a long time , its due to accumulation of product of metabolism especially if u dont go for relaxation exercises. go for relaxation exercises, use ors water while exercises. for medical therapy feel free to consult ur detail concern and any other comorbid condition.

Get a warm bath or do steaming. Dip your legs upto knees in luke warm water for relief. Take Tab. Brufen for excess pain. Consult me on practo for further guidance
