Seems like a musculoskeletal pain. Take a tab paracetamol 500 mg twice daily for 1-2 days. Apply diclofenac gel and do some hot fomentation. Also to be on a safer side, take a tab pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast  as such symptoms make mimic APD. Consulme mpre water and take a 10 mins walk after every meal. If possible,do shoulder rotations from yomorrow  2 sets of 10-15 each, to begin..
