How to recover post workout muscle soreness. The muscles pain after gym on the next day. Is there any way to recover this?

Rx - TAB BRUFEN, 400 mg, bid.       DrPBM. Do moderate exercise. Take a glass of milk daily. Do Hb, CBC,  serum Calcium.
