Sore Jaw from infected tooth ?
Behind my last tooth in the back of my mouth , there is a little black mark on the inside of my cheek touching the tooth and making it sore . It is not on the tooth but on the inside of the cheek . It's causing some soreness and discomfort. Is it an infection ?

Generally this line is at the level where the upper surfaces of the maxillary and mandibular  surfaces the meet and mostly because of cheek bite there. One of the reasons is sharp cusps  of upper and lower teeth.
Next Steps
visit the dentist to round the sharp cusps  so that it no longer causes cheek bite.
