My son is having cold and cough last from 2days please suggest good medicine.He is one and half years old

Syrup Relant P 3ml thrice a day for 3 days. Nasoclear saline nasal drops Two drops in each nostril every once on 4 hours for 2 days. If any fever, increase in rate of breathing, increase in severity of cough.. Then rush to a nearest pediatrician.
