Sometimes less fetal movement at 28 week
My wife is now 28 weeks pregnant. She had anomaly scan at 21st weeks and fetal echo scan at 27th weeks of pregnancy. All test reports are normal. But sometimes she observed the fetal movement is very less somedays and somedays she feels movement multiple times.
I just want to know if this normal or need to be checked immediately.

How to count movements
Morning 10 to night ten she should perceive ten movements
If less than this she needs an urgent ultrasound

Daily fetal movement count should be done for 3 hours. 1 hour after breakfast lunch and dinner each and if total number of movement is 10 or more it is normal
