Folliculitis Apply hot foamentation with boric powder two times. Than press it pus blood comes out so  pain relieved. Locally apply t bact ointment with fucidin ointment in 1:1. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three days. MONTEK LC ONE at night.

This is folliculitis. Press along the side of the follicles,if it opens drain all pus from it and then apply anti bacterial cream.

Hello, You could use some local application ointments.  Also, keep the area clean and dry. Do not try and break it. It should settle . If it increases in size, or if you have pain and tenderness,  that would then require medical attention.  Contact if you need help.
