Socially uncomfortable
Recently I have been feeling very uncomfortable. I try to hide It but whenever I’m with my group of friends I feel like I’m panicking and want to leave as fast as possible. And then I start shaking and my heart starts beating faster and i can’t pronounce words without stuttering. But i don’t usually leave the situation because I’m afraid they’re going to ask me questions that will make me more uncomfortable.

I am able to understand ur difficulties. U seem to have some of the symptoms of social anxiety. It makes a person lose his confidence and reduces his potential. Palpitation, tremors and speaking  r the symptoms of social anxiety. Vwould need to know a few more details like ur sleep, frequency, other situations that might make u anxious etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problem can be easily treated with counselling, cognitive behaviour therapy and if needed medications. U will be able to function better with it. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or professional help. U need to consult a psychiatrist. If u want to consult online, I will be more than happy to consult u. Best wishes for speedy recovery!!
