Feelings uncomfortable
I'm a 26-year-old male working from home. For the past few months, I've been feeling uncomfortable often sad, lonely, and unmotivated. I spend much of my time lying in bed and scrolling, experience weakness below my knees, and have constant racing thoughts. I even joined a gym but haven't been able to go because of feelings of fatigue. Although I go to bed at 11 p.m. and get what seems like enough sleep, I still wake up feeling tired. Please anyone tell me what happened to me .

Hi Thanks for reaching out Even though you’re sleeping enough hours, the stress and mental load can make the sleep unrefreshing, which is why you wake up tired. The weakness and lack of energy are your body’s way of showing how deeply your mind is struggling right now. This isn’t your fault, and it’s not laziness. It sounds like symptoms of depression mixed with anxiety, which can affect both your body and daily functioning. The good news is, it’s treatable. With therapy, you can learn to slow down racing thoughts, rebuild your energy step by step, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and motivation. You don’t have to handle this alone. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
Health Tips
Start small instead of aiming for big changes, commit to just one tiny action daily (like a 5-minute walk or sitting in sunlight).

Your symptoms are pointing towards some mental health related issues. Did you notice these symptoms before? I would recommend you to consult a psychiatrist first. You might need medication and psychotherapy. You didn't mention anything about your work life. If there is any problem, please specify that to your doctor or therapist. Also, mention your past physical history(if any).
Next Steps
Mental health conditions are common and treatable. You can lead a normal life with that but you need to seek professional help.
Health Tips
Round of applause for talking about your condition. Please specify any single task, which you can do everyday and which gives you pleasure. Any little thing which you can do at your home. Please visit the psychiatrist soon, try breathing exercise after waking up and before going to bed. Box breathing videos are easily available. You can also do the breathing exercise when you find it difficult to focus. Take care! Visit doctor soon.
