Hello!
Please visit a physician to see if there is a medical reason behind the headaches: sinusitis or migraine or any other reason. If it's not any of that, you can visit a cognitive hypnotherapist to figure out the root-cause of the problem and work on it directly.
Health Tips
Don't take any medication on your own and please don't consume alcohol or drugs

Hello,
Noise can trigger headaches. Headache can be caused due to number of reasons.
Headache associated with vision problem is usually associated with working on screens or working under dim light. Headache associated with underlying stress is usually of mild to moderate intensity and not increased by any physical activity. If there is associated running nose, lacrimation, nausea, vomiting, intolerance to voice and light it can be cluster or migraine type. There are good medications available to take care of all types of headache.
