I have done RCT 6 months ago.It was all right till now. But from last 2 days it is paining ,like some needle type thing is piercing inside the tooth. What to do now?

The tooth may be reinfected or it may an adjacent tooth that is infected. Consult a dentist and get an X-ray done to diagnose and treat accordingly
