Only eating no salt will reduce ur bp others won't help and take 5 to 6 dry fruits from each

All dry fruits have different nutritional value. Its always best to mix different types of dry fruits and have 2-3 of each daily. However, they should not be salted, which neutralises our aim of reducing blood pressure

Yes 5 to 6 numbers daily basis . Include walnut too. Oats is also good.. Include more fluids and restrict salt intake.
