You can try sleeping on one side. There are a few nasal tapes that you can try too. However please get yourself evaluated from an ENT surgeon to see for any obstruction in the upper airway.

Hi, I understand your concern. You need to get properly diagnosed first.  Consult a Pulmonologist. He may get you a chest x-ray and a sleep study done.
