I have snoring problem during my deep sleep. I I'll snoring too much. Please assist me how to stop snoring. Is there any exercise or any medicine to stop snoring

Read about Obstructive Sleep Apnea and see if you fit the bill. Snoring by itself is a social problem. OSA can kill.
