Snoring issue
I snore in my sleep. I want to get rid of it. I've read about this problem, and have come to know that it may due to sleep apnea. Is there any remedy for this? Regards, Satyajit

There are many reasons for snoring, sleep apnea being one of them. Best is to consult a doctor and have yourself checked to understand what the reason for you to shore is, and then have that treated accordingly.
