Dear Sir/Madam, I have a snoring problem. Could you please suggest me what should I do to avoid this or reduce this? Thanks, Chandan

Hi Chandan You need to get a thorough Clinical  Examination done and a Sleep Study to determine all the variables. Then progress from there for treatment as adviced as per the reports.
