Sneezing and running nose
Since last 6 years whenever I return from a dry to city to humid city I catch severe cold and it will not go away until I don't leave the place and return back. Why is that the issue? What is the cure?

You are allergic to humid air. You should be in touch with some ENT specialist in that area whom you can consult frequently.
Off hand, an antiallergic drug like Cetrizine should help you.

Changes in the weather could cause allergy.If you have to visit the city frequently , better to take preventive measures before you visit and during the visit.You need to avoid the triggering factors , identify.Antihistamines like histafree M a day with fluticazone+azelastin nasal spray will help you.Get your eosinophils count and IgE levels done .

Some people do have allergic composition in their body and hence some climates do not suit them .
Only thing u can do is
Either avoid going to such places
Or if thats not possible then take medication for prevention of that allergy so that it does not get started
Or if u have got cold then treat it aggressively
