Sneezing and cough problem
I have in trouble with my sneezing problem. It happen 7-8 at a time. Running nose also.Rubbing the noses then again sneezing. That does not last for a long time, merely about 2 hours.Then ok. After sneezeing, forehead pain starts a lot. During that period cough forms a lot. Kindly help me.what should I do?

You seem to be having allergic rhinitis and also some mild fluid collection in the sinuses.. Avoidance is the only thing that can prevent allergies.. Identify the trigger factor and avoid that.. Steam inhalation will reduce the headaches in the mean time.. If your problem is severe and not reducing medication can be used.. Consult online for prescription
