Smegma, foreskin-related
Smegma under foreskin and glans for about a week now. Earlier it wasn't hurting but does for 2 days now while retracting foreskin. Clean penis with warm water everyday twice. Smegma amount has gone down but the pain remains.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. From your description it looks like you could be suffering from balanoposthitis. It can be caused to irritant application or candidiasis. You will need clinical examination before starting any treatment. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. Also use only lukewarm water to wash your genitals. Avoid any soaps or antiseptics like dettol or savlon.
