Build up smegma on penis
Hi, many months ago I started experiencing accelerated build up of the cheesey substance, smegma, under my foreskin. I wash it every day and shortly after is gets "sweaty" under the foreskin and within a day it's back. It's smelly, and when I rub it with my finger it comes off easily. It also gets itchy later in the day, (I shower at night) and if I miss a day of showering from being too busy it gets really gross. Obviously this is incredibly embarrassing and I want to be able to continue having sex without being paranoid that I smell or taste horrible. And of course it's uncomfortable so I just want it gone.
