I have too much smegma under foreskin and it is very painfull to pull down Is it dangerous or normal?

Thanks for your question Smegma accumulates but needs cleaning daily. It is possible you have a tight foreskin that does not allow you to pull back the skin and clean under it. please see a urologist who will help best wishes
