Small red dots inside mouth
I have small red pin sized painless dots in soft palete inside mouth. They appeared within last two days only as i have inspected my mouth while brushing and no such thing was there.

Short duration small dot can be because of trauma, aggressive brushing also if it disappears in 5_6days good or as consult oral medicine expert
