A light, painless knock like that this early is very unlikely to harm your pregnancy. At the fetal pole stage your uterus still sits low and well protected inside the pelvis, cushioned by the pelvic bones, muscles and fluid around it.
Next Steps
Rest for the day and watch for any bleeding or cramping over the next 24 to 48 hours. Keep your next scan appointment as planned so growth can be confirmed.
Health Tips
See your gynaecologist the same day if you notice bleeding, worsening pain or dizziness.
