High bhcg but no fetal pole
My lmp was 16 Jan and my pregnancy test came positive with 26000 bhcg levels but scan shows early pregnancy and no fetal pole or anything only a small gestational sac then why the hcg levels are too high.

B HCG is high as you are pregnant..... But since no fetal pole is present....it can be missed abortion or blighted ovum.... Either way too soon to tell ..please wait for 1 week and repeat ultrasound
