I have one small pimple size in my foot. Photo attached. While walking / pressing it's painful. Last two months I'm facing this issue. What type of this and what medicine to be taken. Please advice . ( I'm suffering from sculp psoriasis)

It could be callosity or wart.. Avoid using footwear with hard soles.. Try silicone insole in footwears.. Get a direct consultation for proper treatment
